About Der Kuscheltiere-Hersteller (Fun Experts GmbH)
Der Kuscheltiere-Hersteller is the custom plush brand of Fun Experts GmbH, based in Kleve, Germany, with further locations in the Netherlands. The company states it has developed and produced made-to-order plush since 2008 and brings more than 18 years of B2B experience. Custom plush toys and hand puppets are produced from a minimum of 500 pieces per design, while plush keychains carry a higher minimum.
Buyers can supply a finished design, a drawing, or images of their character, or develop the design with the in-house team. Each project produces a physical prototype for approval before bulk production; the company does not publish a fixed sample or production lead time because both depend on the design and the quantity ordered. The company states that its production partners are audited to ICTI standards. Products are stated to meet EU toy safety requirements under EN 71 parts 1, 2 and 3 with CE marking, tested through TUV Rheinland, and filling is standardly 100% recycled rPET. The range covers made-to-order plush, comfort cloths, hand puppets, XXL plush, cushions and plush keychains. The company names McDonalds, Volkswagen and bol.com among past clients, alongside sports clubs, schools and local organisations.
